Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld to Speak at JHU SAIS

Donald Rumsfeld, Secretary of Defense, will speak at the Johns Hopkins Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) on Monday, 12/5 at

9:30 a.m.

Secretary Rumsfeld will speak about "The Future of Iraq."

The lecture is not open to the public. However, the event is open to the media for coverage. Following his speech, Secretary Rumsfeld will respond to questions from the SAIS community audience only.

Pre-set time for broadcast journalists will be from 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

Reporters who plan to cover Secretary Rumsfeld's speech need to register by no later than 8 a.m. on Monday, 12/5.

The event will be held in Kenney Auditorium located on the first floor of the school's Nitze Building, 1740 Massachusetts Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C.
