Johns Hopkins SAIS to host the Honorable Paolo Gentiloni, European Commissioner for Economy and former Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Italy, on April 13

Russia’s war against Ukraine has been a watershed development for global politics and economics. There has been a strong show of unity – in the transatlantic arena and beyond – in support of Ukraine. At the same time, the spectre of increased geopolitical and geoeconomic fragmentation is tainting the outlook for future international relations.

Join SAIS Peter G. Peterson Distinguished Scholar at the Henry A. Kissinger Center for Global Affairs John Lipsky for a conversation on geopolitics and geoeconomics in 2023 with the Honorable Paolo Gentiloni, European Commissioner for Economy and former Italian Prime Minister and Foreign Minister on April 13.
