OPEC President Chakib Khelil to Speak at JHU SAIS

Chakib Khelil, president of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and Algerian minister of energy and mines, will speak at the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) on Thursday, 02/7 at noon.

Khelil will speak about "The World Oil Market and the Role of OPEC" at this event hosted by SAIS's International Energy and Environment Program and International Policy Program.

Admittance to the event is by invitation only. However, Khelil's speech is open to the media for coverage. The event will be held in Kenney Auditorium located on the first floor of the school's Nitze Building, 1740 Massachusetts Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C.
