JHU SAIS to Host Forum on the NATO Summits Impact on the Caucasus

The Johns Hopkins Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) will host a forum, The NATO Summit: Impact on the Caucasus on Thursday, 07/15 at 5:30 p.m. (preceded by a reception at 5 p.m.)

Hosted by the SAIS Central Asia-Caucasus Institutes (CACI) W.P. Carey Forum, the session features remarks Vladimir Socor, senior fellow at the Jamestown Foundation, who recently returned from the NATO summit in Istanbul. Socor will discuss his analyses on the strategic and military aspects of NATOs role in building regional security in the South Caucasus.

The event, which is open to the public, will be held in room 806 of the Rome Building, located at 1619 Massachusetts Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C. Members of the public should RSVP to CACI at [email protected] or 202.663.7721.
