Financial Aid | Announcements

  • Stafford Loan Interest Rates Effective July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2011

    6.80% Fixed
    - In School, Grace Period, and Deferment
  • Effective July 1, 2006 a graduate or professional student may be eligible to borrow the Federal Direct Graduate PLUS loan. Direct lending will determine the student's credit worthiness during the pre-approval process.
  • Federal Direct Grad PLUS Loans first disbursed on or after July 1, 2008 will have a fixed rate of 7.9%. The origination/default fee is 4% and will be deducted from each disbursement of the loan.
  • Incoming students may complete their Master Promissory Note (MPN) for their Direct Stafford Loans online by clicking here.
  • Please check the Fellowship and Scholarship Opportunities page for information about private fellowships and scholarships available to current and / or incoming SAIS students.
