To supplement SAIS's strong academic curriculum, Career Services offers a series of Professional Development Skills Courses (PDS) each semester including several online courses which are also available during the summer and the winter inter-session. PDS courses help equip students with professional skills demanded by top-tier private, public and non-profit sector employers. Although the courses are short-term and non credit, students who successfully complete skill courses, will have them added to their official academic transcripts. Alumni are permitted to take online skills courses at any time and onsite PDS courses on a space-available basis. For more information, please contact Martina Leinz at mleinz@jhu.edu.
