CANDIDATES FOR TREASURER:
Suni Kambhampati

Hey fellow SAISers! I'm Suni, a South Asia Studies concentrator hailing from Pittsburgh, the City of Champions. When I'm not rooting for my beloved Steelers on fall and winter Sundays, you can find me in the lounge off of the Nitze Café studying. I hope to one day work in the intelligence field, but until then, I plan on being a devoted member of the Class of 2014. Much of my first semester experience was defined by the SGA events and my classmates. It has been such a great experience that I want to help provide the same experience to my fellow classmates and incoming SAISers. In college, I served as the President of the non-profit organization, Asha for Education for two years. Aside from leading the club, I was also in charge of the budget reports for the school we were funding and ensuring that the school received the required amount of funds each year. So, I understand how important it is to be an approachable, effective, and organized treasurer and will work my hardest to ensure that everyone at SAIS has the same experience I was able to have. A vote for me is a vote for happy hour for you!!
I think personal interaction is very valuable and a big part of my role as Treasurer. So, I will be around Nitze over the next few days. Come speak with me!!

CANDIDATES FOR SOCIAL CHAIR
Mark Radin

Greetings friends and fellow students. I'm Mark Abraham Radin, known to some as Mr. SAIS and an IDEV concentrator from the center of the universe, New York City. While I have recently spent a lot of time in the library, you can usually find me hunkered down in front of a television, hanging with friends, or at a bar drinking and laughing. I hope to work with the water, sanitation, and hygiene sector after graduating from SAIS in any country that would have me. I believe that our one and only Aly McGee was an unbelievable Social Chair and I hope to assume her role in the upcoming year and devote myself to making sure the Class of 2014 and 2015 have lots of fun. I believe my experience attending social events and planning some as well would make me a good social chair.
I think a large part of my position is interacting with my fellow students and making you all happy. So ill be in the cafe on on the electionsdays to speak with any of you who have questions or want to hear about my ideas (that all involve having fun and a bar). So just come up to me and say hi. I love having fun and want everyone else to enjoy all SGA activities next year so vote for me.

Yanan Zhao

Yanan Zhao is a native from Nanjing, China, where she started to wonder what SAIS was at the age of six as she passed by the Nanjing center every day. Before she finally made her way to SAIS, she was a quasi-goddess honored by her fellow friends at Smith College, MA. She organized bonding events, social justice workshops, shows, and parties as much as she enjoyed them. She is also an awesome big sis to her four-year-old brother who advanced her in finding "the other half". Yanan loves SpongeBob and everything about Latin America -as she is a determined LASPie to work in Latin America for the rest of her life. It is her dream to dance tango with SpongeBob in Argentina.
