Room Reservations Process

Students may reserve space at SAIS for student clubs, study groups, and other school related events or meetings. Reservations must be received at least 24 business-day hours in advance of the time needed. Otherwise, space is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Students may check the room schedule at the Nitze front desk to see what rooms may be available. 

If you need to request setup for specific furniture arrangements (like tables and chairs) or audiovisual equipment, our SAIS Facilities and IT staff need a minimum of one week's notice.  All details should be entered in theSharePoint Events Form.  When students submit a room reservation request form indicating special setup is needed, they will be contacted by the appropriate office regarding the SharePoint form.  If you would like to request that your event be publicized in the SAIS Weekly Calendar, your event details must be in SharePoint by 12 noon of the Thursday prior to your event.
