Generally, the deadline for article submissions is March 20 for ;Summer/Fall editions and October 15 for Winter/Spring editions. Manuscripts cannot be accepted after the deadline unless prior arrangements have been made with the managing editor.
A book review should be 1,500 to 2,500 words, including endnotes. Authors must also submit a brief biography that will appear on the title page of the published article; a few sentences will suffice.
The review should include an introduction of the relevant academic or policy debate addressed by the book, an explanation of its main points and arguments, an examination of its strengths and weaknesses, and an unambiguous opinion about the quality of the work.
