Part-Time and Non-Degree Programs | Withdrawal Form

Between the third and seventh weeks of classes, students may withdraw from a course via this form. This form must be submitted by Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Withdrawing from a course means that a "W" will be placed on a student's transcript. See the Financial Information section under Refunds for more information.
