Please complete and submit the form below as soon as possible. After you have confirmed your intended participation in Fall 2012 course work, you will receive instructions for submitting tuition.

If you are unable to enroll in a course at SAIS due to space constraints or cancellation, your tuition will be refunded in full. If payment is not received by Friday, January 20, 2012, SAIS will assume that you do not intend to pursue course work during the Spring 2012 semester.
