SAIS Library Orientations

Spring 2013 Classes


SAIS Library DC offers 30-60 minute classes most Friday afternoons during the semester.  Click on the name of the class to see a schdule of dates and a registration form.

Electronic Resources Orientation
A SAIS Librarian will demonstarte how to use JHU/SAIS resources to find scholarly materials, focusing primarily on articles. A good class for anyone who has a paper to write.

Introduction to RefWorks
Learn how to use RefWorks to import, organize, and store references to books, articles, documents, and websites... anything you need for a paper or project. Taught by Steve Sears, a SAIS Librarian, this class will also touch upon the Write N Cite feature, used to automate the process of creating a bibliography or footnotes.
