Only the image of your head, neck, and shoulders will be reproduced on your J-Card. What works best is a portrait that is about 2 x 2 inches or 400 x 400 pixels on which the size of the image of your head is about 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 inches. Graduation and passport photos are ideal. If your head appears much smaller or larger than 1 3/4 by 1 3/4 inches, it is difficult to reproduce. Please choose a plain, indoor background and do not wear sunglasses, hats, or hairstyles obscuring your eyes.
Once we have your photo, we will print your J-Card and it will be available for pick up in N317.
We will NOT print out a J-Card without a photo. If you have not received your card, please email your name and current address to saishelp@jhu.edu.
