It is important to keep your card with you at all times and protect your card from damage as much as possible. If your card is lost, please notify the University immediately to prevent unauthorized access to your account or freeze your card using the J-Card Mobile App.
There is a $15 replacement fee for all lost cards, payable by cash, check, credit card or J-Cash.
