**A note about Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer has strict security settings that may prevent links to external web resources (e.g. Course Readings) from opening immediately.  If this occurs, you will be prompted to allow non-secure items to be displayed.  This prompt appears differently in different versions of Internet Explorer.

Click Yes to display nonsecure items

 


Internet Explorer 8

Click No to display the link properly.


You may also permanently change Internet Explorer's security settings to displayed "Mixed Content".
     1.  From the tool bar at the top of the browser window, choose Tools
     2.  Select the Security tab
     3.  Click the Custom Level button
     4.  In the Miscellaneous section, change the Display Mixed Content setting to "Enable"
