Faculty Advising

Advising implies mutual responsibility between faculty and student. Faculty have assigned office hours and are frequently available at other times. It is a student's responsibility to know these hours and to take the initiative to make alternative arrangements. Every effort has been made to assign M.A. students to a faculty member who has expertise in their program of interest. However, if you like to change your adviser, contact the Registrar's Office.

General Advising

Students may receive general advising and support from the Director of Academic Affairs and the Manager of Graduate Services. E-mail saisadvising@jhu.edu with questions or to schedule an appointment.
