SAIS alumnus Thomas Stelzer B'83 will begin his new position as Austrian Ambassador to Portugal after leaving his post as Assistant Secretary-General for Policy Coordination and Inter-Agency Affairs and Secretary of the Chief Executives Board (CEB) on June 30, 2013.
