E-mail: fklubes@jhu.edu Assistant Secretary of State Esther Brimmer to Discuss the U.N. and Transnational Challenges at JHU SAIS Esther Brimmer, assistant secretary of State for International Organization Affairs, will speak at the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) on Wednesday, September 15 at 12:30 p.m. Brimmer, also a former SAIS faculty member, will speak about “The United States at the U.N. and Beyond: A World of Transnational Challenges.” Her remarks will focus on U.S. goals and objectives during the upcoming 65th session of the United Nations General Assembly. SAIS also will host a live Webcast of the event accessible at www.sais-jhu.edu. The event will be held in Kenney Auditorium located on the first floor of the school’s Nitze Building, 1740 Massachusetts Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C.
