JHU SAIS to Host Forum on U.S. Energy Policy With McCain and Obama Advisers

The Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) will hold a forum, “Presidential Energy Dialogue,” on Tuesday, October 7 at 5:30 p.m.

This event, sponsored by the SAIS Global Energy and Environment Initiative (GEEI) and the National Capitol Area Chapter of the U.S. Association of Energy Economics, features the following participants:

• Kenneth Berlin, a partner who heads the environmental and climate change practices at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP, will represent Senator Barack Obama’s campaign.
  
  
• R. James Woolsey, a partner at VantagePoint Venture Partners and former director of the Central Intelligence Agency, will represent Senator John McCain’s campaign
  
  
• Wilfrid Kohl, SAIS Foreign Policy Institute fellow, will moderate the session.
