Tom Tesluk

Tom Tesluk is CEO and founder of Sequent Consulting LLC and co-founder of MissionID Technical Services GmbH.  He has more than 25 years of experience in international business and banking with particular focus on wireless communications and technology.

Mr. Tesluk started his career at American Express Company and later joined Shearson Lehman Brothers, where he was assigned to the firm’s newly opened office in Milan, Italy.  There he established several joint ventures between SLB and the De Benedetti group and was responsible for the firm’s private equity investments in various wireless start-up projects in Europe and Asia.

In 1991, Mr. Tesluk was appointed Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer of Cellular Communications International Inc. in New York, where he directed global business development.  In that same year he joined the Bologna Center Advisory Council. 
 
During the nineties, the wireless partnerships Mr. Tesluk established won licenses in Italy, Austria, India and Haiti.  Mr. Tesluk served as the CEO and Chairman of Comcel SA, Haiti’s first privately owned cellular network operator, which became one of the country’s largest foreign investors.
 
Mr. Tesluk founded Sequent Consulting in 1998.  Its clients have included Siemens, Siemens Austria, Telekom Serbia, Palm Computing, Western Wireless International, and Tetra Call GmbH.

Mr. Tesluk is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University SAIS Bologna Center and SAIS Washington DC with concentrations in US Foreign Policy and International Economics.
