Eliot Cohen, director of the SAIS Strategic Studies Program, has been named to Foreign Policy magazine’s “100 Top Global Thinkers 2012” list. He was cited for “writing the GOP’s foreign-policy playbook in 2012.” Also making the list is SAIS graduate Ed Morse at #23.
