SAIS and Financial Times Hosted Denver Forums with Madeleine Albright and Ed Rendell Madeleine Albright, former secretary of State and a SAIS alumna, spoke about "Foreign Policy and the Election," on Thursday, August 28, at the Denver National Press Club. Lionel Barber, editor of the Financial Times (FT), and Robert Guttman, director of the SAIS Center on Politics and Foreign Relations, moderated the discussion. Ed Rendell, Democratic governor of Pennsylvania, discussed "A View of the Election," on Tuesday, August 26, also at the press club.
