Introduces the key concepts of leadership and the study of leadership. Examines the role of leaders and leadership in both the public and private sectors in the contemporary world. Helps students understand and assess their own individual leadership styles and strengths and further develop their leadership potential. Looks at a variety of approaches and answers to the question, "What makes a good leader?" Provides the opportunity for students to meet with leaders and specialists in the field of leadership as well as participate in group leadership simulations.
