Contemporary French Politics

Surveys French society, political economy and politics in the 20th century with a focus on the post-World War II period. Provides an excellent foundation for analyzing developments in contemporary French politics. Also covers several specific issues essential to understanding contemporary France, including the rise of the far right, relations with minority communities and relations with the European Union.
