Has held positions at the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels, the Central European University in Prague and Budapest, and the University of Nottingham; has worked closely with think tanks in Brussels, The Hague, London, Madrid, Milan and Rome; is a contributing editor to Survival and sits on the editorial boards for The International Spectator, the Journal of European Public Policy, Government and Opposition and the Journal of European Integration; also serves on the management committee for the Istituto Carlo Cattaneo and the steering committee for the European Consortium for Political Research’s Standing Group on the European Union; Ph.D., international relations, SAIS
