SAIS Alumnus and Entrepreneur Marshall Mays B'82, '89 Is Featured on Bloomberg's Bright Ideas for his New Cheese Product in the Philippines

Entrepreneurs go where no one expects them to go, and SAIS alumnus Marshall Mays B'82, '89 presents a case example of this. On February 3, 2016, he made Bloomberg’s “Bright Ideas” with a video describing his new business, La Latteria d’ Ischia, a company that makes high-quality, healthy (organic) mozzarella cheese in the Philippines with buffalo milk. Where cheese has always previously been an expensive, exported product for local citizens in the Philippines, Marshall Mays B’82, ’89 sees an opportunity for creating this new, locally-made cheese product for everyone there to enjoy!
