Seth Colby Executive Director Seth Colby develops, oversees, and implements the Forum’s activities. He has recently published several articles that evaluate the implications of the financial crisis on International Development strategies. His current research focuses on Brazil's development and the role of state actors in this process. Seth has experience working on Citigroup’s Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading desk advising clients on profitable investment strategies; consulting for Ashoka: Innovators for the Public where he helped design innovative financing structures for socially-motivated investments; working on private sector development issues for the Inter-American Development Bank. He also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in El Salvador for three and half years. Seth received his M.A. in International Policy and International Finance from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
