Financial Analysis

This course introduces some of the advanced principles of financial analysis for standard corporations, finance institutions and non-profit organizations (NGO). Students will analyze the three main financial statements (i.e. balance sheet, cash flows statement, and income statement), learn the basic tools for final ratio analysis, and some of the basic differences in international accounting standards.  Students will learn how to organize and present accounting for specific projects as well as how to prepare and analyze business plans. Accounting cases will be used, and students will complete a short assignment for the course.
