To reserve a space in Alumni College 2008, please complete and submit the form below, along with a $250 nonrefundable deposit by Friday, September 5, 2008.  The Program Fee is due in full by Friday, September 19. Payment may be made by sending a personal check, made payable to "Johns Hopkins University-SAIS" to the address listed on the Contact Page or by completing a credit card charge slip and mailing it or faxing it to 202.663.5670.

Alumni may also invite up to two guests to accompany you to Alumni College. The cost of attendance per guest is the same as for the alumnus/a. Please note that guests will need to complete a separate application form found by clicking here.
