Olivia Pham
Olivia graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005 with a dual degree in Business Economics and Mathematics/Applied Science. After graduation, Olivia worked in economic consulting in litigation with CRA International (CRAI) in Pasadena, California. In her two years with CRAI, she analyzed the economic impacts of certain litigated events. She worked extensively on a valuation case involving two multinational automotive companies which resulted in an $800 million settlement in favor of the plaintiff, CRAI’s client. She hopes to extend her background in economics to the field of development. Olivia is in her second year at SAIS. She will complete her Master’s degree in Southeast Asia Studies with a specialization in Quantitative Methods which will complement her interest in economic development in Southeast Asia. This past summer, Olivia completed an internship with JPMorgan in economic research in emerging Asia. |
