Latin American History Exam and Tutorial
All Latin American Studies concentrators must pass the History of Latin America exam.

Canadian studies students do not need to pass the exam, unless they wish to qualify for WHS sponsored internship opportunities in Latin America.

In both the Bologna and DC campuses, the History of Latin America exam must be taken on a not-for-credit basis and is pass/fail (with the option to retake in case of failure).  LASP offers the following resources to help students prepare for the exam:

• Reading List (requires JHED ID log-in)
• Powerpoint outlines/sample questions (requires JHED ID log-in)
• Tutorial: An intensive one-and-a-half-day review of the material will be offered (dates TBD).  

The three-hour exam will be offered immediately after the tutorial, date and time TBD.
