Background:
Former Senior Associate and Coordinator of the Korea Initiative of the History and Public Policy Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars; served as Outreach Director of the East Asian Studies Center at Indiana University; taught Russian and East Asian History at Florida State University; lectured at universities and research institutes in Europe, Asia, Canada, and the U.S. on North Korean history, the Korean War, and the Cold War.
