Between the third and seventh class sessions, students may withdraw from course work via this form. This form must be submitted by Tuesday, June 23, 2008. Withdrawing from a course means that a “W” will be placed on a student’s transcript. No refunds will be issues for withdrawals. Students should see the Refund Policy for more information.
