Marco A. Campos Spanish Program Coordinator Marco Campos, born in Perú, received his licenciatura in Linguistics in 1991 from the Catholic University of Peru, and his M.A. in Spanish Linguistics in 1993 from the University of Southern California. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Applied Linguistics at Georgetown University where he is completing his dissertation on the lexical effects of bilingual sentence processing. Professor Campos has extensive experience training language instructors and teaching Spanish at both the graduate and undergraduate levels; he has held teaching positions at The World Bank, Georgetown University, University of Southern California, and la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He also taught language teaching methodology in the Graduate Summer Program at Middlebury College. Susana Abril Professor Susana Abril, born in Argentina, holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching from the Universidad de Tucumán, Argentina. She also has an M.S. in Spanish Linguistics from Georgetown University. Her academic interests include foreign language learning and instruction.
