Fall Semester

Placement tests: first Tuesday after Labor Day.
Listening and Writing proficiency exams: first Wednesday after Labor Day.
Reading proficiency exam: first Thursday after Labor Day either in the morning or afternoon
Speaking proficiency exam: first Thursday after Labor Day either in the morning or afternoon.
Organizational Meeting: first Friday after Labor Day

Spring Semester

Placement tests: first Tuesday after the observation of Martin Luther King’s birthday.
Proficiency exams for new incoming students only: first Wednesday and Thursday after Martin Luther King's birthday.
Organizational Meeting: in the first Friday after Martin Luther King's birthday.
