Korean Language Program | Proficiency Exams

Proficiency exams are administered the week before the beginning of language classes in both the Spring and Fall semesters.  Additionally, the test will be administered the last week of language classes in the Spring semester.

In order to be eligible to take the proficiency exams, you must complete, at a minimum, Korean Intermediate Mid I (SA.915.721) or have passed the proficiency eligibility test, if you are joining the Korean language from a different program.

All proficiency exams are coordinated by the Korean Language Program Coordinator and conducted by an external certified examiner.
