Harley Feldbaum Professorial Lecturer of International Policy and Associate Director of the Global Health and Foreign Policy Initiative
Harley Feldbaum is an epidemiologist who studies the foreign policy and national security implications of global health issues. His current research focuses on the increasing interaction between global health and the diplomatic, intelligence and defense communities, and on the treatment of the HIV/AIDS pandemic as a national security issue. Harley received a degree in Biology with Honors from Wesleyan University, a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins, and is completing his Ph.D. in Public Health Policy at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
