The IDEV program will accept no more than one student per year to work with Prof. Francis Fukuyama on a Ph.D. Students will be considered who want to work on dissertations in the fields of institutional development, comparative politics, or governance. It is not currently possible to do dissertations in the Finance and Development or Human Development tracks.
