International Development | Global Health Announcement

Global Health Moves to the International Development Program

Beginning in AY 2009-2010, the Global Health and Foreign Policy Initiative will leave its current home in the Energy, Resources and Environment Program (formerly International Policy) and move to IDEV.  In addition, IDEV will offer a new fourth track in Global Health and Development that students can choose as their focus.  All of the health courses formerly taught in ERE/IP will now be offered under IDEV, and Prof. Harley Feldbaum, who directs the Global Health and Foreign Policy Initiative, will join the IDEV faculty.  Students in global health who began in AY 2008-2009 under Energy, Resources and Environment will have to complete the requirements of the ERE/IP program; those entering in AY 2009-2010 will have to fulfill IDEV requirements.  IDEV would like to welcome Global Health to the family!
