Degree Programs | Introduction to the SAIS M.I.P.P.

The Master of International Public Policy (M.I.P.P.) is intended for mid-career professionals in international fields who have at least nine years of work experience and desire a year of intensive study or two years of part-time study in international relations, international economics or some combination of the sub-fields of these disciplines. M.I.P.P. degree candidates are typically on educational leave from employment as diplomats, members of the military, business executives or journalists, and many are sponsored by their employers. Other M.I.P.P. candidates have completed the degree between employment positions.
