Statement of Chinese Language Coursework Completed and In Progress

Academic Evaluation (to be completed by three references)

Transcript Request (to be requested from all schools attended)

CAL Test Request (Deadline extended to February 1, 2008)

Financial Aid Information and Application Form (if applying for Hopkins-Nanjing Center grants and fellowships)
